i think you should delete them all.  the fact that anno itself
adds two headers by default means that if you're trying to undo
what you added before, you need to get rid of more than one.  and
if you want to be selective, there's already the "-number"
argument.  (i.e., i believe "-delete -number 1" is the current
default behavior.)
