[Nmh-workers] Manpage section ordering

The recent manpage comments provoke me to send this reminder to anyone 
contemplating
manpage surgery:

Please take a quick look at docs/README.manpages and note the section ordering. 
 I plan to document this better, but for now note that PROFILE COMPONENTS, 
DEFAULTS, and CONTEXT come before FILES, SEE ALSO, and BUGS, and they should 
appear in that order.  I'm planning to fix this during my ongoing manpage 
cleanup work, but if someone is already in there, feel free to do a bit of 
snarf-n-barf work on my behalf.  And don't forget, if CONTEXT is not 
applicable, leave it out.
