mhlist is almost certainly the correct place for this if done in nmh,
and leveraging existing format info is a good idea Ken. Although,
it would be easy to roll a perl script for this too ;-)

An alternative structure would be a means for mhlist to simply
provide a list of part identifiers*. It could then return key-value
pairs for a specified part. It's a choice of having the script loop
over a data table, or iterate over attributes for parts.

* This could potentially be restricted by optional filetype, etc.
