I merged the convertargs branch to the main trunk.  The only
change in default behavior is that mhshow/show now display a
formatted version of iCalendar (.ics) attachments instead of
their raw text.  See the "Convert Interface" section of the
mhbuild(1) man page if you want to disable that, and for more
information.

The easiest way to reply to an iCalendar request is to use
the calaccept, caldecline, etc., shell functions in
docs/contrib/replaliases.
