Summary: a group for each user select statement....
Original Submission: Hello,
It's not really a bug as I seem to have a 'workaround', although this does give
an error message.
OK I have a group for each user so in total I have 1000+ groups, if I leave the
default config in place (i.e. SQL) then everytime 'id user' it pulls the list
of 1000+ groups, obviously I don't want this so I was trying to add to the
group where clause a 'only for this user' clause.
It seems to have worked but it reports an unknown table error.
nss-mysql.conf
groups.where_clause = groups.status = 'A' and groups.gid = user.gid;
Nov xx xx:xx:xx admin nss-mysql[6658]: setent(1): mysql_query failed: Unknown
table 'user' in where clause
id lala
uid=1003(lala) gid=1003(lala) groups=1003(lala)
So it still gets the group information but it doesn't get a list of 1000+
groups.
