[Nuxeo-localizer] Localizer's guide, introduction updated

Hi all,

I've updated the introduction of the Localizer's guide:

There's a new section for Unicode, the other sections have been
slightly modified.

I would appreciate feedback about it, and english corrections too.
When it's stable I'll open the Localizer's web site for people that
wants to translate it.

I'll proceed with the "tutorial" and the "for python programmers"
chapters. Documentation is the most important thing to do for the
1.0 release.
