Follow-up Comment #1, bug #29942 (project octave):
You mean that this *doesn't* work as expected in Matlab? In other words, that
Matlab allows [zeros(1,0); 1], despite the column dimension mismatch? Or is it
the [](1:end) expression that is buggy? Please clarify.
