Follow-up Comment #4, bug #29947 (project octave): John, thanks for pointing that out. I had discovered a compatibility problem and forgot to update the uploaded changeset. For a vector of input handles a *cell* array should be returned. I don't understand why it was implemented this way. My 3rd attempt should be uploaded to the tracker.
