Details:

Building in mingw 3.18/gcc 4.5.0/Vista32, I get the following error during
the make step:

make[2]: Entering directory `/home/jjparker/octave/octave'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `mkoctfile.exe', needed by `all-am'. 
Stop.
