Update of bug #30343 (project octave):
Severity: 3 - Normal => 2 - Minor
Status: None => Confirmed
Summary: fltk: axis equal doesn't do anything => fltk:
refresh after axis command doesn't do anything

Follow-up Comment #1:
This is confirmed on a recent tip (10777:f2a8f68d9c2b).
The problem seems to be with the refresh routines, rather than with 'axis
equal'. At least on my machine, if I run the command and then use a mouse to
resize the plot window then the axis command takes affect. I can restore the
original axes by using 'axis square', but again I have to use a mouse to
resize the plot window.
I tried using 'refresh' and 'drawnow' but they had no effect.
