Currently our package has to explicitly disable prelinking for octave because
prelinked binaries cause crashes.  So we include

/etc/prelink.conf.d/octave.conf

with contents:

-b /usr/bin/octave-<version>

to disable prelinking, where <version> is the latest version, currently
3.2.4.  Ideally this workaround would not be necessary.
