Aha, I see. So the formulae can be slightly simpler. 
Do you think rsf2csf should perform some checks whether the matrices are of
the correct form?
Usually where a valid factorization is expected (e.g. qrupdate) we only check
dimensions. Verifying that a matrix is unitary would be very costly anyway, so
probably no checks are needed.
