Follow-up Comment #17, bug #30685 (project octave):

Please attach copies of the following files to the bug report:

  libgnu/signal.h
  config.log
  config.h

BTW, why are you compiling with -march=nocona?  What hardware do you have?

Also, can you please try with just CXXFLAGS and CFLAGS set to -ggdb3 and no
optimization or special architecture options?

It might also be useful to see the preprocessed source file for
sighandlers.cc.  Add -save-temps to the command used to compile that file and
attach the resulting sighandlers.ii file.
