Details:

Dear all, I noticed that cat(3,[],[],1) gives

error: cat: dimension mismatch

while cat(1,[],[],1) and cat(2,[],[],1) are fine and any other permutation of
{[],[],1} is fine for cat(3,...(and cat(3,[],[],1) is also fine in ml, giving
1).
