Follow-up Comment #1, bug #32152 (project octave):
Sorry, just noticed that it is not the saving. Changes take effect in the 2nd
execution after the saving.
So the testprocedure is: make the change to test_reread.m and save, then
perform the commands from the commandline twice. You should see the change not
until the second time.
