this bug report has actually little to do with the position, outerposition,
tightinset problem. Please, let us keep discussions about this issue in really

Concerning this bug report (31800), I have a patch fixing at least the
positioning of the second axis label (actually it fixes axes labels for
yaxislocation=right and xaxislocation=top). Though, in order to avoid double
work, I would prefer to send it for testing after I receive some feedback on
