Details:

I am not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature.
When executing

> graphics_toolkit('fltk')
> title('a^2 + b^2 = c^2')

or

> title('a^2 + b^2 = c^2','interpreter','tex')

the resulting plot title is literally the string 'a^2 + b^2 = c^2'.

Using gnuplot gives an expected result.

If this bug is fixed could you please add a test or demo to title.m testing
the above behavior.
