Follow-up Comment #21, bug #33018 (project octave):
Life would be simpler if this were made more clear:
(Note: upload size limit is set to 512 kB, after insertion of the required
escape characters.)
I interpreted that to mean that the limit applied to individual files which it
turns out is not true.
