Follow-up Comment #2, bug #33442 (project octave):

I have applied most of these patches, but am waiting on the missing patch for
io.texi before committing.

As Jordi points out, it is easier if everything can be combined into a single
patch.  Also, in the doc/interpreter directory the *.texi files are derived
which means the fix needs to be made in either the corresponding *.txi file or
back in the source (.m or .cc file).  But in general, thanks for checking over
the documentation so thoroughly.
