Follow-up Comment #2, bug #33430 (project octave):

Should go directly to the redirected page as given originally :-)
http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/bugs.html 

If we're using www.gnu.org then we should display that as the visible
description as well as using it in the href.  My understanding is we're moving
away from octave.org
