Details:
When you open file editor, you can type all symbols in english keyboard
layout, but after switching to the russian layout you can type only numbers,
dots, commas, semicolons and so on: russian letters aren't typed.
As i looked, it can be connected with next

virtual void QsciScintilla::setUtf8 (bool cp) [virtual, slot]
Sets the current text encoding. If cp is true then UTF8 is used, otherwise
Latin1 is used.
I greped source and couldnt find setUtf8 related to m_editor member of
QsciScintilla class. Though maybe really Latin1 used by default.
