Details:

I got the Octave 3.4.0 binaries from a precompiled build here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/octave/files/Octave%20MacOSX%20Binary/

Running the Octave "doc" command doesn't work:


>>  doc
info: Cannot find node `Top'.
>> doc transpose
info: Cannot find node `Top'.
info: Cannot find node `Top'.



I don't know if this is a Mac only problem.  I don't know if I were to build
it myself, if the problem would still occur.  (BTW, I'm having an AWFUL time
building Octave from scratch on my Mac.  Can't link readline or qhull.)
