Details:

I understand that you guys are short handed, so it's not possible to match
every bit of Matlab in Octave.

That being said, if you are new to Octave and you come across a bit of Matlab
code that mentions "importdata" and you try to get more info:

===========================================
>> help importdata
error: help: the `importdata' function is not yet implemented in Octave

Please read `http://www.octave.org/missing.html' to learn how you can
contribute missing functionality.
===========================================

What would have been helpful, is if this message mentioned "see also
dlmread()". Jordi tells me that all the functionality of importdata() is
available, just not bundled up in that one function.

Similarly, Octave responds:
>> help zscore
error: help: `zscore' not found

I just gave up since I discovered that zscore in a Matlab library. It hadn't
occurred to me that it would be in an Octave library. Here's another example
where help could helped me. Instead, I just gave up out of my ignorance.

help needs to be more helpful!
