Follow-up Comment #2, bug #34988 (project octave):
configure checks for texi2dvi and found that there is no
texi2ddvi.
And then for some reason unknown by me, make claims
that there should be a file called missing.
That is the error, maybe there should be a file called missing
in octave base when something is missing.
But even when I copy such a file to this place (there is one somewhere) this
doesn't help.
Of course its a type of error, I only face when compiling octave
from scratch.
