Details:

The 'cluster' function that is present in MATLAB is missing in Octave. Please
provide this feature. It is required for creating agglomerative clusters. The
'linkage' function is present and after running 'linkage' the 'cluster'
function is required to be run in order to get the cluster assignments.
Request you to provide the same.
