Follow-up Comment #4, bug #35187 (project octave):

So, on the second computer I tried (Win7) the help works.
But on a third one (WinXP) I encounter the exact same problem.
I tried Different Install procedure/configurations (from the .exe file or from
the .7z archive, including or not the libreadline.dll.a or the sourceforge
pkg) I also tried the former 3.2.4 version, none of this help.

Any insight?
