Status: None => Fixed

Follow-up Comment #1:
Since g77 is obsolete and doesn't mix well with modern GCC, I checked in the
following change:
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/d584f90d2c47
A better fix would be to fix autoconf so that it prefers gfortran over g77,
even when searching for a Fortran 77 compiler.
But since I think the change to Octave should avoid the problem, I'm closing
this report.
