[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #35572] ./configure doesn't test for GNU sh, but build files depend on it.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #35572 (project octave):

I recoded the file in question to avoid the GNU sh construct that I think is
causing the problem.  Could you test it as I don't have access to a Solaris
system?

Steps to take:
1) Replace liboctave/config-ops.sh with the one attached to this bug report
2) In liboctave directory, 'rm *op*.mk'
3) In top-level directory, './configure --ANY_OPTIONS_YOU_HAVE--'
4) 'make'
