[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #35771] Interpreter does not rehash functions on Windows

Follow-up Comment #9, bug #35771 (project octave):

None of an m-file that are in oct2mat, e.g. is_matrix.m, or arg.m are not in
my Octave-3.6.1 directory so I think it's not installed. 

Rehash had no effect. Still, if I want to run an actual m-file, I have to
delete him, run the m-file, interpreter says ... undefined under line ...,
save it back and then it works.

I think it's a problem with windows cause I didn't have this problem like a
week ago.
