Follow-up Comment #2, bug #31233 (project octave):

Hi...I have only just installed 3.2.4 for Windows. Ran an example like that
below and get the same erroneous result. Given that this problem has been
around for over a year and the plot function seems to be a commonly used
function then I am a little confused as to why this has not been fixed. I did
the package rebuild and that did not seem to work. Plse dont refer me on to
the wiki octave link as that lead me here in the first place. Much appreciated
if someone can point me in the direction of a helpful link....mg
