Follow-up Comment #1, bug #36631 (project octave):

Hi

I also noticed that in the lack of a period, the function identifies the end
of first sentence by a double newline. However, the way it was set it was
actually capturing the first newline (as it would capture the end of a setence
period). The new changeset now also fixes it, by simply subtracting 1 (I
checked and in the case there's no double new line, the subtraction won't give
any errors).
