Details:
When clicking on the tab to select between the command window and the editor,
the keyboard focus stays on the active window, not the one whose tab was
selected.
For example, I expect when I click on the editor tab that keyboard focus is
now on the script being edited, but is instead still going to the command
window.
Same is true when editing a file and clicking the tab for the command window,
keyboard input is still going to the editor.
Also related, the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+0 does set keyboard focus correctly
on the command window. However, Ctrl+4 only displays the editor window,
keyboard input is not going to the edited file.
