Follow-up Comment #10, bug #36732 (project octave):

I'm not sure that those tests were right to begin with. Matlab would fail on
that test since it doesn't accept the first argument to have repeated elements
(I actually stumbled upon this just last week when checking fir2() on OF).

I'm not sure if Octave allowing it is a bug or a feature.
