Details:

Suppose you have an image "image1.tif" in the directory and at the prompt you
type 

>> imshow('image1.tif');

then the image is shown in a figure window (if the image file is not
corrupt).

If I do it in 3.6.2 a Windows error windows pops up with the message:

"This application has failed to start because libjpeg-8.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I have not re-installed 3.6.2 (because of the "may") and imshow is always
worked on previous releases.
