Status: None => Works For Me

There was a formatting issue with Andy's post, reproducing it below, fixed.
I'm also marking this issue as "works for me" and closing it. If the issue
persists in a newer Octave version, we can reopen this.

I have tested this with WinXP 32 + Octave 3.6.2 MinGW.
If I use MSys and
cd //192.168.10.14/andy/temp
octave
pwd
ans = \192.168.10.14andytemp
ls
CMD.EXE .. UNC-Pfade werden nicht unterstützt (UNC Path not supported)
test1
error: 'test1' undefined near line ....
If I map the path \192.168.10.14andy" to Z: using Windows Explorer I'm able
to
use Z: inside Msys and on the octave prompt and execute scripts from this
directory.
