Details:

The error messages is:

 -lncurses -lpcre -ldl -lgfortran -lquadmath -lutil -lm -pthread -Wl,-rpath
-Wl,/usr/local/lib/octave/3.7.1+
/d/src/octave/hg/octave/liboctave/.libs/liboctave.so: undefined reference to
`fftw_init_threads'
/d/src/octave/hg/octave/liboctave/.libs/liboctave.so: undefined reference to
`fftwf_plan_with_nthreads'
/d/src/octave/hg/octave/liboctave/.libs/liboctave.so: undefined reference to
`fftw_plan_with_nthreads'
/d/src/octave/hg/octave/liboctave/.libs/liboctave.so: undefined reference to
`fftwf_init_threads'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

This is a new Fedora 18 system, so there may be a configuration
problem, but nothing appeared to be missing. config.log looked OK.

I will do some more checking, but if anyone knows what is wrong
it would be nice to know.
