Follow-up Comment #4, bug #38489 (project octave):
Rik,
as I wrote it is a workaround as "run-octave" crashes
building the figures on cygwin.
It is a cygwin limitation, not an octave one, due to the mammoth size of
octave binaries.
I know what I am doing and to build the figures I using
the version just built, so no risk of using a spurious version.
The alternative workaround to rebase in the build tree
will have negative impact on the whole cygwin installation
(too much addresses wasted)
I expect your changeset will solve my problem
