Follow-up Comment #5, bug #38533 (project octave):
It is the reality of the situation. Features are implemented by those who care
to implement them. If the feature doesn't exist, nobody has cared enough to
implement it. If you care enough yourself, you can implement it yourself. If
you are unable to implement it yourself, then you will have to make someone
else care enough. Money is a good motivator to make someone care enough, but
there are other ways.
