Follow-up Comment #7, bug #38785 (project octave):

I have also noticed that the floating widgets on my Debian system have a line
at the top with a title, an overlapping windows icon that can be used to dock
the window, and an [x] icon that can be used to close the window.  That is
missing in my Windows build.  If there is no way to get this feature on the
Windows build, can we at least add a button that can be used to dock the
window?
