Details:

Subject says all.

Found while debugging with quite a bit of file tabs open when I started
getting messages like "file <foo.bar> was changed by another application.
Reload Yes/No?"
It turned out the message came from another file tab where the same file was
opened.

On Linux opening a file twice in the editor doesn't work.

WAG: could this bug be caused by testing with *nix full file name rules (incl.
path) to Windows paths?
