Details:
On running make in mxe-octave, error occurs because of missing of-windows.mk
file.
[create settings.mk]
Makefile:179: src/of-windows.mk: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `src/of-windows.mk'. Stop.
Error occurs after changeset 2983:decdeed2ca59.
