Details:
This is an extremely minor issue, but irritating for grammar purists. The
patch attached to this bug report will make the test function issue messages
with number concord, like this:
PASSES 1 out of 1 test
PASSES 5 out of 5 tests (1 expected failure)
instead of this:
PASSES 1 out of 1 tests
PASSES 5 out of 5 tests (1 expected failures)
