Follow-up Comment #1, bug #39259 (project octave):
I don't see that happening on mine.
On running octave, it automatically gives the command window focus and I can
type into it.
The prompt displays as <-[K>> for the first time, which I guess is a ctrl code
that the windows terminal isn't decoding correctly.
Pressing enter and the prompt is displayed correctly.
I do see some issues with editing in the terminal window:
if I type something, left cursor arrow a couple of characters and try to
delete the next character, the line doesn't display with the deleted character
remove (refresh problem with the line?)
If I press enter, the command I typed in is correct.
