Details:

"Show Editor" and "Show Documentation" are not selected after an initial
startup, but their Tabs are present.

If I select "Show Editor" and/or "Show Documentation", and then unselect Show
Editor" and/or "Show Documentation" their tab disappears.  The Tab(s) can be
recovered by "Reset Default Window Layout", but their check/uncheck state does
not change.
