Details:

The section "Use of axis, line, and patch Functions" is inaccessible in the
Info manual, running from the current development build. Building and viewing
with GNU texinfo 5.1.

For example, attempting to go to the node directly from the top-level menu
shows the error:

Use of axis, line, and patch Functions: No such file or directory


And attempting to go to the next node from "Multiple Plot Windows" shows the
error:

Cannot find node `(./doc/interpreter/octave.info)Use of axis'.


This is the only node in the entire manual with a comma in the title, and I
think that is the problem. In fact, the GNU texinfo manual describes that this
will not work. My reading of the manual [1] is that you can escape the comma
to force the Texinfo processor to handle it, but that the Info reader will
still not parse it correctly.
