Just to confirm my email to Max:
./configure --enable-jit
and got

checking llvm/IRBuilder.h presence... no
checking for llvm/IRBuilder.h... no
checking llvm/Support/IRBuilder.h usability... no
checking llvm/Support/IRBuilder.h presence... no
checking for llvm/Support/IRBuilder.h... no
configure: error: IRBuilder.h is required.
This is llvm-3.3-0.6.rc3.fc19.x86_64 and libs and debug
in Fedora 19
On this system IRBuilder.h is found at:
/usr/include/llvm/IR/IRBuilder.h
Bug is still open.
