Follow-up Comment #28, bug #39305 (project octave):
Another issue I am seeing - probably occurring from change f95bb8763f4e, if
anyone else can confirm they are seeing the same issue:
On using ctrl-v to paste a line to the terminal (that I think contains a 'c' -
but haven't 100% verified), it will then sometimes then will not respond to
pressing other keys until the ctrl key is pressed.
