[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #39828] Missing symbols from new TeX interpreter

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #39828 (project octave):

My list of "missing" symbols is based on the list that Matlab documents,
rather than what Octave or TeX documents.  In keeping with Octave being a
superset of Matlab we should definitely implement whatever additional symbols
TeX can do, but we also should at least try to match Matlab.
