Follow-up Comment #9, bug #39828 (project octave):
This is very tacky. TeX provides deg
for the degree symbol.
I suggest that circ be implemented as circ
and that we add deg for the degree symbol.
Matlab users who are that concerned about the
difference should be using Octave anyhow!
