Details:

I think that function runtests without any arguments should run all test from
Octave core and from all loaded packages, including @classname folders.
Currently this is not the case. I tested it with the control and quaternion
packages. Tests like @lti/feedback.m or @quaternion/log.m are neither executed
nor listed in the methods/functions without tests.
